Deposits/Cancellations

For scheduled offerings we ask that you pay in full as soon as you register for the event. However, we are glad to work with you if you need to pay in installments.  Please notify us in advance if you register and find that you cannot attend as it allows us to fill your place. We will refund your fee, minus $25 to cover administrative costs, if two weeks advance notice is given.

For a private function, we ask for a non-refundable $50 deposit to hold your reservation or you may pay your invoice in full. The balance is due the date of your event.

We will make every effort to reschedule your group event if a need arises.
